Kelley Gray

Project Manager

Kelley Gray holds a B.S. in Human Resources from Illinois State University and a M.A. in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago. Her experience includes over 5 years of extensive work in community transformation. Her project management work with organizations and communities shows her ability to see the big picture, document the details and manage tasks and deliverables effectively throughout the progression of the project.

Previously, she was with Proviso Partners for Health, a community-driven, multi-sector coalition that promotes community health, health equity, and transformational systems change. She served as a project manager with other leadership responsibilities including creating curriculums, co-facilitating, and providing support for community wellness programs. Kelley’s past also includes over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration as an Executive Assistant at an academic/community hospital.

She is an expert with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. She was part of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leadership team and led the DEI new employee orientation training. Kelley is a firm believer that authentic relationships is key for authentic sustainable change. She is heavily involved as a leader in her church and community outreach ministry. She is also the founder and co-facilitator of “Tru You Podcast” a curated space of healing from racial trauma for black women.
