Louisa Mancey-Rooplall coordinates the global Youth of Solutions Network to support youth in their journey to become leaders for wellbeing and equity in the world. Previously, she served as coordinator of a peer education youth leadership program, Youth Can Move The World, and National Institute Coordinator for the National Institute Board of Baha’is of Guyana. In these roles, she supported the training and development of groups of people at the grassroots in personal and community transformation.
Louisa has also had the privilege of supporting and advising college students in her capacity as Service Program Manager at Nations Sixth Form College where she worked with them to execute service projects including After-School junior youth groups and youth leadership programs in underprivileged communities and a detention center.
