What matters to you?

Family, Friends, Community

What are some wise words to live by?

"You can fall hard, but you can get up stronger." - My Mom

What brings you joy?

Being part of others' growth, seeing that light come on, it fills my soul.

Marta Kuperwasser

Director of Finance

With over 19 years in Operations Management, Marta has a passion for seeing the puzzle pieces coming together. She understands that no area is complete without the synergy that comes from operating as a team. She believes that this is true for running a company and more so for bringing equity into being.

Serving as the manager for the Hospitalist service at Cambridge Health Alliance, Marta helped to successfully transform and integrate this service into an underserved community hospital which then could provide much needed 24/7 equitable care to immigrant and lower income communities. As stewards of resources, Marta believes that we should leverage resources to provide services to those that need it the most and that it is our responsibility to do so.

As the Co-Director for Boston Children’s Theatre Company, Marta was able to combine her operation management skills and love for community work into one volunteer experience which allowed children from the community to be part of a theatre experience in which children gained valuable life skills through the performance and music.

Marta’s immigrant roots are what drive her to want to provider equitable experiences to communities and people. She recognizes the hard work and wonderful opportunities afforded her by her parents, school and greater community have helped shaped who she is today and works to provide those same opportunities of equity to others.
