Sandra Lopes

Technology Operations Project Manager

Sandra Lopes is the Technology Operations Project Manager for We in the World Institute. Her focus is bringing smooth-running efficiency to internal projects, covering everything from corporate IT to operations and finance. In addition to her academic background (Master’s degree in Business Management and post-graduate degrees in Project Management and Financial Management), Sandra has extensive experience working in Europe, the US, and Africa.

With over 18 years of work experience in Consulting and Business, extensive experience in Project Management, Process Design & Optimisation, ERPs, Product Development, Software Implementation, and Remote Operations in both corporative and startup environments. She is an accomplished, performance-driven leader with substantial experience spearheading global project lifecycles and steering fast-paced operations. She has a proven track record of excellence in managing top-performing international teams and a history of on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project completions. She is an expert in fostering and sustaining strong rapport with key stakeholders and driving continuous process improvements. She is accomplished in executing remarkable initiatives for revamping organizations and attaining bottom-line outcomes.

Proficient in several tools and platforms such as; MS Project, MS365, Gsuite, Asana, Trello, Digital Marketing tools, Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, Smartsheets, Shopify, Slack, and Teams, to name a few. Being a passionate solution-oriented with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in collaborative environments, she is committed to processing improvement and executing plans to achieve the organization’s desired business goals and outcomes.
