Overview: The purpose of this program is to improve local communities by supporting the innovative, project-driven endeavors of public charities. The funding agency focuses on shovel-ready, standalone projects, including:

  • Wildlife/conservation/hunting projects
  • Educational projects
  • Artistic installations
  • Christian church mission endeavors
  • Park settings/community areas
  • Other projects within the scope of the funding agency’s mission

Examples of projects previously funded through this program include:

  • Handicap-accessible bathrooms
  • Kitchen renovations
  • Interpretive signage
  • Environmental monitoring equipment
  • Classroom tables/chairs and refurbished computers
  • Cold storage units
  • Environmental labs
